- GENERAL
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Club TGB USA loyalty program. By participating, you agree to these Terms, our website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program. In these Terms, “Program” means Club TGB, “Member” means an eligible Club TGB member, “Tier” means the applicable membership level, “Points” means Club TGB loyalty points, and “Rewards” means benefits, gifts, offers, codes, vouchers or promotions made available through the Program.
- PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP
Club TGB USA is a three-tiered loyalty and rewards program offered at the sole discretion of The GelBottle Inc. Customers are auto enrolled upon completing their first purchase & Club TGB benefits are available exclusively on eligible orders transacted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Members may move into Tiers 2 and 3 based on their qualifying spend over a rolling 12-month period. To achieve a particular Tier status, your annual spend must sit within the below brackets:
Tier 1 = 0 - $499 excl. TAX
Tier 2 = $500 - $999 excl. TAX
Tier 3 = $1000+ excl. TAX
Your qualifying spend is assessed on a rolling basis over the preceding 12 months. If your total qualifying spend over any preceding 12-month period reaches a higher Tier threshold, you will be upgraded to that Tier and notified once the change takes effect. Your Tier is formally reviewed once a year on the anniversary of your enrollment date. At each annual review, if your total qualifying spend over the preceding 12 months has fallen below your current Tier threshold, you will move to the Tier that matches that spend. Example: if you enrolled on August 1 2026, your annual review date is August 1 each year. If your spend reached $500 (excl. TAX) on September 1 2026, you would be upgraded to Tier 2 at that point. At your review on August 1 2027, if your spend over the preceding 12 months is below $500 (excl. TAX), you would move back to Tier 1.
Club TGB USA is available to eligible customers located in the United States only. Customers based in Canada are not eligible to participate in the Program at this time. Eligible U.S. customers aged 18 or over may create an account and enroll in Tier 1, which is free and requires no purchase. To earn Points, progress beyond Tier 1 and access Program benefits and Rewards, you must be a qualified nail technician with your certification, and hold no more than one Club TGB account. Orders processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) are not eligible to earn Points, contribute towards Tier status, redeem Points, receive TGB Credit, access Rewards or participate in any Club TGB member benefits, gifts, offers, codes, vouchers or promotions.
The GelBottle Inc. may update, modify, suspend or withdraw the Program, these Terms, benefits, Rewards, earning actions or redemption methods. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give you reasonable notice by email or account notification before it takes effect. Continued participation after a change takes effect confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
3.1. Club TGB is a transactional loyalty program. Eligible customers are automatically enrolled in the Program when they create an online account and/or make a qualifying transaction, unless they choose to opt out. Membership is free and does not require any separate payment, purchase beyond your usual transaction, or credit card information. If you have not made a qualifying purchase, you can still sign up to Club TGB via the rewards page to start earning Points through non-transactional Program actions. If you want to unsubscribe to Club TGB please contact our customer service team at customerservices@thegelbottle.com.
3.2. You may be asked to provide your name, email address, telephone number and other account details when enrolling. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
3.3. Only one Club TGB account may be held per person and email address. Creating or attempting to use multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of your participation in the Program.
- COMMUNICATIONS
4.1. As Club TGB is a transactional loyalty program, The GelBottle Inc. may send you service-related or transactional communications necessary to administer your Program account, regardless of whether you are opted in to marketing communications. These may include communications about your enrollment, tier status, Points balance, Rewards, redemptions, account activity, changes to the Program, and other information relating to your participation in Club TGB.
4.2. Some Club TGB benefits, Rewards and account updates may be sent as service-related or transactional communications where they are necessary to administer the Program. However, certain promotional Rewards, offers and benefits may only be communicated through marketing channels, including monthly gifts, magazines, Academy benefits, lamp upgrades and exclusive promotions. If you are not opted in to marketing communications, you may not receive these marketing communications, although this will not affect your ability to earn or redeem Points.
4.3. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails, following the opt-out instructions in our messages or managing your communication preferences where available. If you opt out, you may still receive service-related communications that are necessary to administer your Club TGB account.
4.4. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details in your Club TGB account are accurate and up to date. Communications may be sent by email, SMS, account notification or any other channel made available by The GelBottle Inc. from time to time.
- CLUB TGB EARNING & REDEEMING POINTS
5.1. Club TGB allows you to earn Points which you can later redeem as credit towards purchases. Points can be earned based on your Tier status and participation in program actions such as, but not limited to, creating your account, sharing your birth date, following us on social media, making a qualifying purchase and/or participating in limited-time Club TGB promotions or events. Program actions may be subject to change in our sole discretion and may be subject to limitations or restrictions. Some of the Program actions are detailed below. Once you earn a Tier status, you will be notified of your advancement to the next Tier level once it becomes effective and you may be eligible for certain benefits and rewards available to members of that Tier status.
5.2. Purchases made directly on thegelbottle.com are eligible for earning Club TGB Points. Points earned when shopping are based on your Tier status as outlined below.
Tier 1: Earn 3 Points for every $1 you spend excl. TAX
Tier 2: Earn 4 Points for every $1 you spend excl. TAX
Tier 3: Earn 6 Points for every $1 you spend excl. TAX
Points are calculated on the total cart value excluding shipping & TAX and are based on your Tier status at the time of purchase. Once Points are earned, their value does not change.
If you return, cancel or receive a refund for all or part of a qualifying order, the Points earned on that order may be reduced, removed or deducted from your account. Any Rewards, benefits or unique codes issued in connection with a refunded, canceled or returned order may also be canceled, withdrawn or not reissued.
5.3. Points can be converted into TGB Credit once you have collected a minimum of 500 Points. Points can only be redeemed on orders at thegelbottle.com and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services unless otherwise stated. 100 Points = $1 TGB Credit. To use Points, select Points as a payment method at checkout. TGB Credit will be applied to the cart price and cannot be used with other voucher codes or promotions unless expressly stated.
5.4. TGB Academy Vouchers can be purchased from thegelbottle.com for a specific amount of Points as a way to double the value of your Points on redemption. See below for details:
750 Points can be redeemed for $15 Academy Voucher
1,500 Points can be redeemed for $30 Academy Voucher
2,500 Points can be redeemed for $50 Academy Voucher
5,000 Points can be redeemed for $100 Academy Voucher
Once purchased, Academy Vouchers will be valid for 12 months. They can be used to purchase in-person education courses or course kits from thegelbottle-academy.com.
5.5. Rewards, gifts, benefits, promotions, offers, codes and vouchers are subject to availability, personal to the Member, non-transferable and may not be sold or resold. Unless expressly stated, they cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, Points or any alternative product. The GelBottle Inc. may amend, substitute, withdraw or cancel any Program benefit, Reward, earning action or redemption method at any time.
5.6. Points are valid for 12 months and, if not used, will expire. Point expiration dates can be found in ‘Rewards History’ when logged into Club TGB.
5.7. Unique codes, vouchers and reward codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, exclusions and other qualifying criteria. Expired, lost, unused, or incorrectly applied codes may not be replaced or reissued.
- CLUB TGB REWARDS & BENEFITS
6.1. Members are eligible to receive Birthday Points based on their Club TGB Tier status as at the date of their birthday, provided their date of birth has been added to their account prior to their birthday. Birthday Points will be automatically added to the member’s account and no additional action is required to claim them. Birthday Points are awarded by tier as follows:
Tier 1: 200 Points
Tier 2: 500 Points
Tier 3: 1,000 Points
Your date of birth can be set once and cannot be changed thereafter. Birthday Points are awarded once per calendar year.
6.2. Tier 2 and Tier 3 members may receive one monthly gift with purchase, subject to a minimum spend of $150 excl. TAX. Gifts are announced by email on the first working day of each month and must be redeemed using the applicable unique code by the end of that calendar month. Products and shades may vary.
6.3. Tier 2 and Tier 3 members may receive a one-time tier entry reward when they first enter a new Tier. The reward will be automatically added once the new Tier status has been achieved and confirmed:
Tier 2: 1,000 Points
Tier 3: 1,500 Points
6.4. Tier 2 and Tier 3 members may receive one complimentary printed Club TGB magazine twice per calendar year, currently intended for release in February and August. Eligible members will be sent the relevant SKU details and a unique code by email, which must be added at checkout on their next qualifying order to redeem the magazine.
6.5. We know how important it is to replace your lamp every 12 months to help maintain consistent curing performance. Tier 3 members who have purchased our latest TGB lamp, Illuminate, are now eligible for one complimentary annual lamp upgrade, limited to one lamp per eligible customer per year. If eligible, members will receive an email 12 months after their qualifying Illuminate purchase with a unique code to claim their complimentary lamp. Complimentary lamp upgrades are subject to stock availability, and there may be delays in issuing codes or fulfilling claims where stock is limited.
6.6. Members may access free online TGB Academy courses and masterclasses depending on their Tier status. Tier 1 Members may access any courses designated as free on the TGB Academy website. Tier 2 Members will receive two (2) unique voucher codes per year, typically issued in February and September, each redeemable against a selected online TGB Academy Masterclass. Tier 3 Members will receive an additional two (2) voucher codes per year, typically issued in May and December, providing access to a total of four (4) online TGB Academy Masterclasses annually. Voucher codes are redeemable only against selected online Masterclasses and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative courses. Distribution dates and course availability may vary at the discretion of TGB Academy.
6.7. Members may receive exclusive offers, promotions and Rewards throughout the calendar year depending on their Tier status. Offers may vary by Tier, time period, product, service, market and member eligibility, and may be subject to separate terms, expiry dates or exclusions.
- MISUSE, RETURNS AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION
The GelBottle Inc. may suspend, restrict or terminate participation in Club TGB, remove Points, cancel Rewards or refuse redemptions where a Member breaches these Terms, creates or uses multiple accounts, misuses the Program, manipulates Points or Rewards, shares or sells Rewards or codes, abuses returns or acts fraudulently. If an account is closed, suspended or terminated, unused Points, Rewards, benefits, vouchers or codes may be forfeited.
- DATA AND PRIVACY
Personal data provided in connection with Club TGB may be used to administer the Program, calculate Tier status, allocate Points, issue Rewards, manage redemptions, send Program communications and operate Club TGB in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. COMPLAINTS & QUERIES
Club TGB is operated by The GelBottle Inc., High Bay Industrial, Unit D2-D5, Dolphin Way, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 6NZ. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
