How to create a design with the bronze nail transfer foils:

Creating a design with the bronze nail foils adds four more steps to the regular manicure process:

• Apply a thin layer of foilX Foil Gel on the nail where you want the foil to stick. For more intricate designs, wipe the nail with IPA, then use a TGB liner or detail brush to apply foilX. 
• Cure for 60 seconds under an LED nail lamp or for 2 minutes under a UV nail lamp.
• Press the bronze nail foil onto the foil gel (with the design/shiny side facing upward), and gently but firmly rub the foil to transfer it onto the nail. Slowly start to remove. Repeat as necessary.
• Seal the foil in place with TGB Extreme Shine Top Coat, and cure.

Metallic nail foil should always be applied shiny side up.

How long do professional nail foils last on the nails?

How many nail sets can I do with the bronze nail transfer foil? 

It depends on how much the clients need for coverage, but each TGB pack contains 200cm of foil, roughly 16 sets of nails. When the nail foil is applied properly, it will last as long as the polish lasts. If you use TGB gels, then the gel nail foil can last up to four weeks.  

Can the bronze nail art foil be used on natural nails or tips?

Both, bronze foil can be used on natural nails and tips — as long as the nails are prepared properly to keep the gel nail foils secure. 

What to do if the bronze transfer foil is not sticking to the nail?

If the foil does not stick to the desired area, add more foilX Foil Gel. Make sure the shiny side is facing you and apply pressure to the professional nail foil to ensure it adheres to the gel. If the foil is not sticking, lay it back down and rub it more in the spot that is not adhering. Then remove it slowly.

Does professional nail art foil stick better with nail glue or gel?

Nail gel is the recommended adhesive for nail foil, especially if you are applying a full strip of foil paper. foilX Foil Gel offers security when holding the foil to the nail.
