• After the base manicure is completed, before applying Blush Chrome Pigment, apply one thin coat of nonwipe top coat, and cure for 60 seconds.
• Tip a small amount of loose powder onto your applicator tool, then rub over a cured top coat until a mirror chrome shine effect is achieved.
• Apply another layer of top coat to seal in the chrome, and cure for 60 seconds using the TGB Light the Way Nail Lamp.
• Wash hands with soap and water to remove any excess chrome powder residue.

Is the blush pink chrome powder metallic?
